Cool Collection. I wish I could get my father into it as well. He just see my things as worthless junk. Anyways. The double headed eagle badge is not english but Imperial Russian.

Regarding Tirpitz”: When road constructors in Oslo dig holes in the ground to make repairs on sewage pipes and things like that, and need to temporally cover the wholes before they finish, they use big steel plates that used to be a part of Tirpitz. When I were a little boy my father always said (he still do!) “*DunkDunk* Oops we just drove over Tirpitz”

Pic.2 & 6 are not german but norwegian Krag bayonets.
The short one is modified after the war for use on the Carbine 30M1 in the norwegian army.

Me too! My parents see my collection as junk and a waste of money.
I wish my parents are also fond of collecting WWII items.

I dont think the ribbon on the right looks like it belongs to the Ostmedal. It appears more likely that its for the German Red Cross medal. Wouldnt that make sence, regarding the diploma?

                Kjempefin samling forresten!

Correct! The long krag bajo is also rare and expensive...
