Nice collection. I realy like the 82nd Airborne grouping. I am tring to purchase a uniform with medals very much like yours with gloves and all. Can you tell me what a grouping like this is worth so I can have a better idea what to offer. Thanks and nice collection.

I think an 82nd airborne tunic, gloves and over seas cap (everything like mine) would go for around $700-900. Mine is sort of special as it's a glider infantry man, not just a paratrooper. He was also awarded a purple heart and I know the story of the man, which raises it up some more. If I get the pants (which I should hopefully soon) then it'll be worth maybe $1000.

Fortunetly I got it for free cuz I know people

That's good for you mansal! I hope to find an 101st airborne tunic in excellent condition someday. For now, i can just keep dreaming.

It's harder to get a 101st or anything really in Sweden, but in the US all you really have to do is talk to vets. I talk to a ton whether it be by phone or riding my bike to there house and talking. I don't really need any items from them, and I usually will not get any, but you get perks when you get your name out there. Tell people who don't care about militaria though, because they'll get it to you because they know you like it.

Very nice collection you've got going! I really like the AA/82 Airborne tunic. Who care's what it's "worth" - the historical value behind it is what makes it valuable
