    A selection of things.

    Hello,
unlike others in the forum, i alas have neither the space nor the amount of mannequins i need to display my items...but today i did have the chance to take a few shots of some of my uniform/equipment collection.
You may notice that a single decal M42 tends to crop up with regularity...the reason is it's the only steel helmet that (almost) fits on the mannequins huge head
here, without further delay is a selection of items, starting with my "Tan and water" set.

        M44.

        Here's my M44 tunic.
This example is made from the Italian style "Garbadine" cloth. I have a matching pair of trousers to this, cut in the M44 pattern..but once again they are too small for the mannequin
The item i was most pleased with in this set up, was actually the service shirt. Uniform collectors know how hard to find these things are...not to mention expensive...

          The back.

The reverse of the same set up.
You may note that i had forgotten to cut off the price tag on this gasmask cannister

            M36 tunic.

Ahh...this was my first tunic purchase.
It is this tunics fault that financial ruin has followed since with depressing regularity

              KM drill tunic.

              Here's a KM item.
NCO's were allowed to place the national emblem on the breast in contrast with orders for enlisted men.
This tunic (i think) dates back in design to the Reichsmarine days.

                More KM.

                Another KM tunic.
This has one of my few collecting bargins...the Km marked bino's.

                            Great stuff.

Hi Patrick, I too look forwards to seeing more of your collection. I do like the M44 field blouse I agree with you that the shirt is a rare item that is hard to find.
                            Cheers, Ade.

Some nice pieces on display , as Adrian mentioned the service shirt finishes off the m44 set up perfectly ,you must get some more of your gear out when time permits "keep it coming"

                              Regards Sean
