Aha, okej. How do you become a "assasation member" or what it was called.

Hello Lasse and welcome to the forum. Association membership costs $20 per year but allows you access to the members only sections with great and detailed information on badges. It also allows you to post pictures. The $20 you spend here will save you much money if you continue to collect. You have the start of a very nice collection. Don't worry about your English. It is better than some of the people that were born here.

That's a good collection Lasse. When I was thirteen I only had plastic soldiers.

I first started BUYING things when I was 11, in 1968. I made my first Big Mistake that year: picking a 1939 EK2 for $6 because I thought it was a Knight's Cross from the long ribbon. Why a mistake? Because I had in my hand, also for the same $6, a 100 General Assault Badge--and I had never seen anything like THAT before.

Now we have the internet, and beautiful big color pictures.

When I was 13, all we had was THIS, printed in 1958 when I was 1:

Stopped playing with plastic soliders some years a go, and the most of my money goes to my collection.

                          Welcome Lasse
You have reached the good place if you are interersted by the German militaria. Don't hesitate to ask for advice/opinions, there is NO silly questions.
Spend a part of your budget in some good reference books and try to focus on a specific matter (this latter being the hardest to respect)
                          Good luck
                          Denis
