    An effort to compromise...

After growing very tired of hearing the constant complaining from my wife about my "evil" flag, I have tried to display it in a way that is not so "in your face". What do you guys think? The first shot is a before, the second one is after the modification.

(Sorry for the lousy quality. This is an old file photo taken with a 1.2 mp cam.)

    Before....

Oh, very nice presentation! Forget the in your face - it is more aestetically pleasing the way it is wrapped with the cases underneath. Well done!

I read this post and then saw the flag - I thought this was the 'after' shot! It does look better in the 2nd pic - 'less is more'.

My wife won't let me have a portrait of the Fuhrer in my bunker but tolerates everything else so I can't complain too much - I haven't tried an evil flag yet!

            Hi John,
This has been an on-going battle with us, and I actually took it down completely at one time out of frustration, but she hates history, so she will never be able to understand my interest. About the AH pictures, I am fighting a battle on that front too, although I have never displayed my three privately taken photos in a prominate position. BTW, you haven't lived until you hang an evil flag in your home. Hanging one is a sure fire way to liven things up-give it a whirl, and enjoy the ride!!

I really like the "after" shot as well...very tasteful and artistic.
Gee, the wife said she wanted to get red swags and drapes for the living room. I wonder...

...Nah! I wouldn't get past the first sentence!

Thank you Paul. Give the TR drapes a try . I love to irritate my wife. Upon her return from work one day, she was very tired, and decided to take a nap. After she fell asleep, I covered her up with my own blanket- Third Reich style. About an hour later-it happened- "Get this piece of crap off of of me right now!!!!" I laughed so hard, I couldn't breathe. I was only trying to keep her warm with my 9x15 ft. TR battle flag.. ..
