Thanx Jeremy. The little grouping at the top with the paper work is to Kradschutsen in the FJ, killed at Cassino. Small, but fascinating piece. Jacques

Here is a bit of side collecting that I have going. A small gallery of portraits of soldiers which is marked and dated as "gefallen" on the back. The soldier in the middle died at Stalingrad.the officer at the top opening stages of Barbarossa and the bottom guy 1944, in Poland.Jacques

Long time no update. I thought I would share a few non TR displays of my other love, history related toys and models. Jacques

This is just superb, Jacques! I never tire of these photos.

Most collectors would prefer to spend their discretionary income on more collectables, in lieu of a nice display to house them in. In my opinion, taking the time to put together a thoughtful display like this helps you appreciate the pieces more, and enhances their impact exponentially. And it doesn't always have to be expensive...there are creative ways to display anything.

A fantastic job on your part, and it gives us all something to chew on as we think about our own collections.

                  Best regards,

                  Jason

My God Jacques, your collection never ends! Some have wall to wall carpeting but you have wall to wall, wall to ceiling and wall to floor uniforms! Continue the great work. Steve

Thanx guys. Having never had any Luftwaffe field division items, I have just added this little FD display to the collection. The officer collar tabs are really hard to find and the set displayed here are from the same man , including the ribbons from his tunic. Shame I don't have a name. Jacques
