    Thank you for the compliment. I never put the original paperwork or documents in a wall display, I make copies as the originals will fade. Also make sure the frames, especially the back are sealed to prevent any dampness getting to your badges. Jacques

        Thats a real great room you got there.
        I would really like to see some closeups of the framed medals/badges that you got.
        Could you please show on pictures how you frame the badges/medals?
        I have always wondered how a medal with no pin can be placed in the center of a frame without falling down.

            That is a lovely way to display your tunics if they aint on a mannequin. How do you attatch them inside the frames without causing any damage to the tunic if you don,t mind me asking?

                            Thanx for the nice words. Let me try and answer the questions.

                            The trunk is an early 20th century trunk used to ship personal items on the mail/ passenger ships between Europe and South Africa. This one is stencilled from Rotterdam to Cape Town for a guy named Buikmann. It makes for a nice coffee table.

                            Here is some close ups of the tunics. Pictures are at an angle because of the flash. m40 cavalry/recon
