                      Jacques, I have always loved your collection!

                      Regarding the 'DAK fetish' (been there, done that!), I recall being in Regimentals in London (early 90's?) and admiring (actually about to buy) a very nice 1st pattern DAK tunic with NCO tress and brown wool (DAK overcoat type) NCO boards with pink piping if memory serves. Mr Fisher wagged his finger at me, 'No, no, that one is going to a South African collector' he said to my bitter disappointment. In more recent times I have sometimes wondered if that was you!

                                Guys, all comments are highly appreciated and I am glad you guys enjoy it as much as I do. I am putting some complete sets together (tunic and headgear), so the guys came out to play and I took some pics. The Kriegsmarine.
