You know I LOVE your display! Any word from the WAST on your Opa? I am still looking for a nice Feldwebel tunic, but I just picked up this cap.

Yes, Unfortunatly WAST only had his Medical records. Although these were very interesting, they reported every visit to the hospital or aid post and his eventual cause of death. The best bit was the location of his war grave.
I guess I will have to continue my search for his soldbook - maybe it will turn up on ebay one day??????

Thanks for the comments guys, I'm now thinking of getting a nice dagger.
I like Marc's OS cap, maybe I'll look for one of them OHHHH where will it stop???????
