My very small collection :)

Hi everyone,
So after almost 4 months since I started collecting I decided to share my items here.

Firstly, let me say that I'm a beginner and my budget is limited (mostly by wife lol) so my collection includes mostly more common and affordable items.

My collection is divided to include Luftwaffe (top), Heer and Crosses (middle shelf) and various Campaign Awards such as Flowers War medals etc. (bottom).

Many items that I own came from members of this great community, so I would like to say big thank you for everyone who has helped me out with getting started in this wonderful hobby.

PS. I know that it's not so much to look at now (especially when compared with other collections posted here) but I will keep adding this collection growing

You have a very nice collection for just beginning. I love the Pionier Waffenrock. My first tunic was a Waffenrock. Remember to do you research. My wife also limits me or I would be buying all of the time.

Beautiful waffenrock. My first uniform was a waffenrock from a Pionier Battalion also. That’s the piece that really spiked my interest in Pionier items. Lovely collection, we all have to start somewhere!

Thanks to all of you for very positive comments about my collection!
I'll keep posting updates in this thread after getting more items to add . For now, I'm mostly focusing on LW items.
As for the background, I just framed Der Adler and Die Wehrmacht magazines. They really add nice feeling to the display and they make for a great read by the way

You have some nice pieces there and nicely displayed to . My lady is a pretty rare item as well . She encourages my collecting and even researched and bought me a destroyer badge for my birthday ! Not only that , but when I decided to sell off some of ww2 items she insisted that I shouldn't waste the money on bills but increase my ww1 collection . As long as your displaying it in one room , and as tastefully as you are doing I'm sure she'll be content .
