Mounting pin back medals

I am looking for some help from my fellow collectors. I am wanting to mount several medals NSDAP party badges and some tinnies in a shadow box but when I insert them, they drop forward.

any ideas or tricks

Some clear thread across the shadowbox can help secure and help with leveling. That is what comes to mind first.
Show us what kind of pins you are wanting to mount.
