    John,

Always enjoy your mannequins, but still miss the SS Kampfgruppe

Hi John, I missed this post as have been away and not looking closely enough at WAF! Glad it has found a nice new home - looks fabulous on your mannequin, glad you have the matching (coarse) Italian cloth trousers/ cap - it shouldn't matter, but it always looks better! I see from the boards it has become (I think?) Panzer-Grenadier - nice.

You're right about the lining, often associated with SS tunics, but sometimes Heer too. The eagle was factory applied before the lining as sometimes happened with M44 tunics. Here is another example made exactly the same way:-

                Hi.

                The new "Hindsgaul" series.
Few W-SS impressions, Estonian 22 Territorial Corps officer (M36 Estonian tank and aviation jacket that have RKKA collar tabs, Estonian M40 helmet and Estonian "Arsenal" factory 1941 made gas mask for the RKKA) and RKKA private in 1943 "pocketless" tunic.

Not bad Kass, the uniforms look great, and something different real live models wearing them.

Kass, cool setups but I would change glasses of the first mannequin

                    Regards,

                      Dear Lou and Jan.
                      Thanks.
Indeed. I later realized that the glasses were on on some pictures.
Though there was some without as well.
                      Regards
                      K.
