fantasy......? I wouldn’t put it so rudely, just because something is outside your parameter of knowladge doesent mean it didnt exist. I would call it an accurate historical representation or a put together, like many of the tunics currently on the market, as I know for a fact that none of the tunics used by the unit survived the war, but after a lot of research I gathered the items just the way they should go. I guess you dont know much about these volunteers.................

BAD photos of a monster signals Oberleutnant (6'2"). The feet are too big for his boots so I'm going to have to do some chopping. More photos later as I tweek the display (and reshoot).

hi guys ,keep in mind that every collector has his own way and taste of displaying items . this thread is so good just because of that difference in colletions . since the internet it became possible to "see" the whole world ,when i started collecting 20 years ago it was very hard to see other collections and sometimes it feld like i was the only collector in my town .
let's learn something from others or just leave it as it is . there is always the possibility to send each other a private email to explain what you think is wrong with a display .
                  keep it friendly please
                  best regards ,jo.

                        Dear Jacob

Is that a put together tunic or totally unmessed one?

                        Comment

This is the start of my Ardennes '44/'45 (Unternehmen „Wacht am Rhein“) display.
It is in the early beginning but I'm thinking of equip it with a Heer belt and buckle an Mp40 pouch and a mapcase or P08/P38 pouch.
I want to keep the display simple.
Nothing special but I like it.

                          Keep on comming!
