Want to share this set.... Cap is a filler untill I will find something nice original that will match the wrap. If you have a nice panzer cap we might be able to trade with something else [emoji6][emoji1303] (helmet or?)

            Regards
            Lars

This might not be German WW2, but I still think it's worth showing as a full mannequin.

Russian Air Force Colonel and Hero of the Russian Federation, Sergey Zalyotin's SOKOL space suit.

The suit shown here consists of 4 elements all flown in space:

                        1) Main Pressure Suit:
Flight: MIR TM-30 / EO-28, worn by Sergey Z. on his historic, last flight to space station MIR. (April 4, 2000 - June 15, 2000) It was the world's first privately funded space mission ("MirCorp")

                        2) Sokol Pressure Gloves:
Sergey's 2nd space flight Soyuz TMA-1 / TM-34 to the International Space Station "ISS," Oct./Nov. 2002. Gloves are signed and stamped with mission and ISS stamps.

                        3) Communication's helmet (Snoopy Cap)
Worn on Soyuz TMA-1 / TM-30 Taxi flight to "ISS" together with ESA astronaut. Signed by Sergey and Mission onboard handstamps.

                        4) Sokol Arm Mirror:
From flight archive of Gennady Padalka (Current Record Holder of longest time spent in space, 879 days), worn during his flight Soyuz TM-28 in 1998.
Stamped with MIR onboard handstamp and signed by Gennady)

Again, not German WW2, but still military related to Heroes of the Russian Federation. One of my side collections when WW2 becomes too dull.

                        Cheers,
                        Markus

That is really cool Markus, thanks for showing it.

Thank you very much for your kind comment "WWIIBuff".

Here's another one just for you:

The original "PENGUIN" bungee suit worn by Col. Yuri Malenchenko, Hero of the Russian Federation, on ISS Expedition 7 in 2003. (First man to marry in Space)

It is not only a flight overall. There is a complex system of bungee cords integrated into the suit which prevents bone- and muscle loss of the wearer's body.

All these space suits usually do not return to earth, but are burned up with trash in the earth's atmosphere.

                          Cheers,
                          Markus
