    mannequin Luftwaffe Felddivision Holland 1944

Here is my contribution guys. I hope you like my new mannequin.

Ofcours the k98 is deactivated according to Dutch law... just saying..

Maybe I will buy a nice camouflage net for the helmet and I am planning on building a nice diorama around the mannequin.

Hi, fantastic displays guys, all your collecting efforts nicely presented.

It's very difficult to see how the mannequins stands up right, the wearing of boots and pants when the Mannequin has a glass/plate stand. Can anybody please post how to get over this problem ??

          Cheers,

          Regards SK

Most of the time they will stand on their own when you give them shoes or boots...you can also balance them a bit with for example a gasmask cannister against the wall... It is always a bit of a challange trying to find the best posture for the mannequin and it surtenly helps to have a decent mannequin. Some brands are just better then others. IMHO in relation to the expensive militaria it is worth it to buy for example a Hindsgaul mannequin which might be a bit more expensive but they are great to handle and have good postures. Just my experience.

Very nice Monte Cassino. That is a nice setup. You can see a lot of effort in this setup. Greetings from a fellow Dutchman!

You can also fix a hook in the wall behind, in high of the belt. Then tie a piece of string to connect both.

Just got a good looking mannequin in so I could start working on my Ostfront soldier. Not finished yet since I don't have all equipment at the moment. But still I'm happy so far.
The coat btw is the exact one depicted in the book "Winter uniforms of the German army and Luftwaffe in World War II" by Mr. Slegers.
