My Birthday is comming up, so i figured why not indulge a little. I was itching to buy and saw these on the E-Stand, but I controlled myself; I only bought two things.

I thought so too, and it was just my luck to be looking through the Estand when i did, because i've always wanted a Luftschutz Helm with a nice intact decal, and I found one- for one of the lowest prices I've ever seen .

The medal bar was screaming my name, and when it was reduced i couldn't say no

My Birthday Gifts

Nothing beats comming home from a tough day working and opening up some birthday gifts, that is unless those gifts are German Militaria.

I'll post pics tomorrow, but just to wet your whistle I got...

-1939 EK II, no MM
-IAB in silver, hollow, no MM, retains about all of silver finish
-1938 Mothers Cross in silver, with neck ribbon, and the documentation (with Hitler's signature )

and the best gift of all.......dinner
