    A question for collectors

    Hello WAF collectors,

I am a new collector with a few helmets under my name and I've always wanted to put them in a display case but I can't find a good display case for a good price. I was wondering if any of you knew of any display cases that could house 3 helmets, a bunch of little patches, insignia, etc, and some dogtags. I've done a lot of research but I can't find one that could fit everything.

    Thank you,
    American

Check out IKEA they sell glass tower units with about five shelves, and they sell for the $100.00 mark, or you can look in the for sale section in your local newspaper or online as I have pick up some nice cabinets, and full mannequins for barn prices.

DETOLF is a safe play, but imo Ikeas MILSBO has a bit more high quality look to it.

Comes in white and very dark grey and houses easily bigger collections as well. Also I found some nice led rails (LEDBERG) from IKEA that were very easy to attach to the sealing of the cabinet.

Hi AP.Your on the right track to display your items. Glass display cabinets show everything for what it is.If you can and can afford a bigger cabinet pay the extra bucks cause no doubt you will keep adding to it and you will kick yourself in the longrun.Try to buy one with more glass than solid panels .Best of luck

Would it also be possible to put a tunic on a half mannequin inside one of these?

Hi JK If you get a 1800 high cabinet it will not be a problem.I have a photo of the cabinet in my thread down the forum list. Cheers
