My Collection part II: The documents!

Here's some pix as I pack more for the move. Mostly documents here, couple of medals here and there....

We'll start off with a grouping that includes a Gold WB, EK2, Allgemeine Sturmabz, and a few handwritten pages of letters.
Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

Here's one of my favorites. Documents from a whole family, including 3 sons who were killed in the war. Goes from pre-war to post war, with several letters from the mother apparently trying to find more info on her favorite.

Now a KIA lieutenant who received the Ostmedal TWICE after his death.

A few documents to a DKiG winner. Unfortunately, the listing of his medals was kept by the seller, and I only have a blurry (but readable) picture of it. Also missed out on his cased EK1...

This was my first group - three times awarded a black WB (the first listed as "bronce" on the document), and some docs from his family.

Here's four "mini" groups, just some documents that belong together. The standout is the LW ek2, erdkampf, flak, and Ostmedal.

Another "small" one, still with it's original Feldpost box. EK2 is mint, as is the cased black WB.
Above it are 3 loose EK2's, left with wrong ribbon, middle is mint, and right is an L/11.

Let's see, that's about it for groups. Now just various documents and Urkunden.

Four different Krimschild docs. With the earlier group, that makes 5 variations. I know there's still a few to gather....

A couple of sport awards, and some WW 1 stuff I got from a former neighbor while stationed in Germany.
