Huh...an interesting experiment. Thanks for pointing this out, stonemint. It would be equally interesting to see what prices would be for all militaria if worked this way. Sometimes, seller pricing makes us all scratch our heads.

I've seen very expensive pieces listed on dealer sites that have gone unsold for years. One day the listing is pulled, and a few months later they pop up at another dealer's site, 60% higher!

IMO this shows that people believe SS general visor caps are a good investment. And in a way it's a self-fullfilling prophecy - if enough people believe that way, it will be.

This may be a silly question but what differentiates a SS General Cap from a standard SS Officers cap. I did not think there was a difference?
