An example of the controversial so-called "French-made" zinc 1st pattern S-Boat. Whether unofficial non-issued wartime production or post-war reproductions remains unknown. Also commonly called "Bacqueville" badges although that Paris company has denied any connection. Third term used is "Mourgeon", again with no proven basis.
