To make it short:
It seems you want a autograph on a picture from that person. He / she wants a picture from you first, preferably a picture of you which also shows your wife and your kids. As he/she wantsto get to "know you" a little bit before he/she sends you an autographed picture.
And the person likes ireland...But from what I can read (a part is missing) the person doesn't say if he/she will come to ireland again.
