Canvas MG34 Assault Drum Carrier

Is anyone familiar with a Canvas version of the MG34 Assault Drum (50 round) Carrier?? I have never seen one before and was wondering if they are original or some post war item??

Hmm never seen one before, I will follow this topic with great intresst.
The only ones I have seen is the metall type for 2 drums.

I agree with Michael somewhat. I have my doubts about the entire thing being Russian, but the sling on this carrier looks very much like a wartime variation of a ppsh sling I have seen. This thing looks like a put together to me, but then the question is when was it put together??

This looks like Yugo stuff to me, they used this webbing a lot for slings etc... .
