Y Strap stitching is this correct?

Dosen't seem to be stitching on the main strap either side of the riviet where the aux strap attaches, just the rivet is this correct?

Stitches are not going through cause leather is cut into 2 layers. Stitching only through one layer.

I guess you are still learning . It is a typical pre 1943 Y-straps, with no visble stitching on site where the auxilary traps are attached to.
Original piece, no doubt.

I guess those , if marked, are max. 1942 dated.

Thank guys, my knowledge is a tad rusty to say the least, been out off the collecting loop for a few years but my interest is rekindling!
