Personally I've never seen.

I have one with partially blue webbing. That is the strap around the middle, the narrow neck strap and the folded over web tab that secures the carbine hook are made from gray-blue webbing. The canteen is dated 43 and came with the small aluminum cup that is unpainted and dated 43.
