Ammo pouch maker ID ?

Hello, I have a 1936, three pocket ammo pouch with a makers stamp which looks like;

Heinrich Von?emberge (actually may or may not be an "n" in Von)
1936
Osnabruck

Unfortunately, there is part of a handwritten capital H L, directly over a couple of the letters in the makers last name.
I know this is a long shot. But, if anyone has seen a this makers stamp or has any idea of his last name, let me know.
