Good for you Jackboot , at least they stay in the U.S. of A , there was a mint pair textbook EM jackboot at the last SOS , they are ( hate to say) a bit minty but with the $1500 price tag

Boots dated 39

Just wanted to show a pair of jackboots issued to mounted troops such as Cavalry. The main difference between these mounted boots and infantry boots is the height of the shaft and a small leather tab on the back of both heels to support the spurs. Other than that they are near identical. The height of the shaft on these boots is approximately 19 3/8 inches or 49 centimeters.
