what do You think about this barrel? What was the purpose of this item? Maybe air fuel? I'm also wonder what is the meaning of this signatures? Original paint (under this silver layer) was probably blue. Dimensions: 38 x 58 cm.

I,ll be grateful for any kind wartime pictures with barrel like this one.

but this is a Luftwaffe eagle. Did Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine had cans marked with different eagle? And what is the meaning of this signatures - LE3 IIB L ?
