I have the same with RZM label inside and also made by Franz Brehme. Bought it on a flohmarkt in Leipzig.
I think it is paramilitary, also due to the RZM label.

Hello Sergey,
this Tornister was made under RZM (Reichszeugmeisterei) specifications.
Maybe used by HJ or any other political organization.
