Cavalry Tool Pouch or early MG Tool Pouch ?

Quite "ungerman" looking loops. Rivets are brass or copper, so wouldn't be nazi era period making IMO. I would consider the possibility of the WaA stamps being fake.

is it captured stock reissued to second line troops ?
is the stamp fake ?
