As you can see from robert pair of knobelbechers ; the same maker used german size markings in 1941 so I don't think that in 1945 would use other size markings.
another thing as already mentioned; if 10 is month and 45 is date ( which definately is ) than those low boots were made in October 1945 which is 5 months after war end.
