How to use the Gasplane

My fellow collectors ,

Today I visited a military fair near Vienna and brought back
a small haul of "stuff".
Of special interrest for us could be a small booklet titled
"Gasschutz Leitfaden" because it shows very detailed the various
pieces of anti-gas equipment and how they were used.

My special attention went into the chapter "use of the gas sheet"
because I never really thought about it´s possible use.

that is one SWEET web canteen! and thanks for extensive copies of cape booklet pages. very generous. and interesting. i didnt know it could be used to 'hide under'.

All they had to do was add a zipper at the bottom and it could then be used as a body bag as well.

to honest ; it was often used as "body bag" ( especialty those made of rubberized cloth ) or at least to cover before were put in to the grave or laready in grave..

These booklets are very nice and informative

I see you have the "Erweiterte Ausgabe" (Advanced Edition (?) )

In the mean time I have collected quite a few of the gas booklets.
