Sorry, no Stamps. Only this 0/0. you think russian? I only know russians with three blanks.

This is not Russian, if so then only Bundes ...
Russian has other "ears "

Sorry I have not seen that sort of marking so can not offer any useful comment.

I have seen a lot of messkit though!

Could it be post war CZ or the likes if not USSR?

yes, you are right, there are two vertical marks under the handle. What does it means? Regular one? WH?

The two Marks under the handle is another Indication to be a late War German Mess Kit. IMO the 0/0... Marking could be an unsuccessfully Try of the Maker to mark it with a RB-Number. Never seen before but Possibly. IMO a Standard late war German Mess Kit

the marks under the handle are made to show the ration of soup.
you mostly see that on first year of war production (aluminium made) mess kit (1933-1942)

I can't explain this mark, never seen it before even if I have got a lot of them
