wooden box for schneider u. schuhmacher

Hi All,

I found this box couple yers ago on the flea market.
I think it's originally made for tailor and shoemaker but might be a conversion.
What do you think? Any other examples in collections you know of? No additional stamping exept for the one on the top. All opinions are welcome !
