Unknown german belt HELP !

Does anybody know what kind of belt is this? Is a WWII german belt? Many thanks in advance!

Hi byf ,

What you have is not german but austrian Bundesheer postwar.
It looks as if the hook was sewn onto an EM belt for some reasons.
