Sorry but I don't understand your question . how can anyone say what is the maker when there is no markings on it ? You think somebody has supernatural powers and could write who is the maker without any maker code . The only thing could be said about those straps is that those straps are period german made.

Unfortunately not, these numbers are often seen on the ends of leather tabs used in the construction of items such as bread bags and A-Frame bags.
