Got the Breadbag, How Is This Strap

Hi,
Just got this strap for my Breadbag, does it look OK? Searched and it seems good.
Can't make out the writing- B?inoLeuger-Breinig 1940 or 1942?
Any help greatly appreciated!

i think 42, but not subjected it to special screen treatments to enhance, etc...so cant tell for sure. a nice clean bb strap. congrats...what i find interesting is the area of reinforcement stitching on the centre part---not all had it, as issue, but this one does, nicely.

I was hoping it is 42. When I bought it (on line) I figured it would be easy to read when I got it. Wrong, magnifying makes it almost imposable to make out any of it. Just wanted to make sure it's original as I could return it.

Ive heard if you have a camera or video camera with a night setting, old faded ink stamps show up clearly!

Yeah it looks ´42 but the early Aluminium Fittings whispering 1940 to me

...but whatever... simply a nice Strap...

Thanks for all the feedback! Especially the proper wording (I really trashed it).
Here is a little better pic I took last night with the Macro feature on my camera. Tried the night setting but it came out blury.
The last number in the date seems to slash over like a 2 without a bottom leg, similar to the 9.
Like you say, it is a beauty!
