German saddle with proofs

I never know what is going to greet me when someone responds to one of my ads and says "I have a ww2 item to sell" this time its a saddle and I know zero, zilch, nada about saddles so I am going to appeal to the educated and knowledgeable people here and beg your indulgence. What I need are two things:a price and a buyer. I have not handled a saddle before but this one seems correct to me, I am going to buy it if I can sell it...PM me please with offers or info. I will purchase the saddle when I have a buyer for it and a price.
This would seem to me to be a rare item.

Anyone here need or want a saddle for their collection? I would very much like to help this widow sell her saddle but I will not buy it and end up stuck with it as it has no place in my own collecting scheme. Let me know, I would like to make her an offer and get this to a new owner who can appreciate it. I don't see these everyday, one dealer has his for 350, another site has one listed at 500.
