    any opinions on this zelt please

    this is the first zelt i have owned and was just wondering if its a goos one or bad,
    if its a good one any idea what year it might have been made
    if its bad could you point out why so i know what to look out for.

    Good one - no markings (in one of the corners)? Looks wartime production, based on the cheap buttons. Also, its the rarer "open weave" print (as I just learned here )

      ,,ive looked all around the edges on both sides and theres no RB number or makers marks.

      open weave,,that must be the pattern of the rain drops?

        I would say 1943 onwards, a nice original for your first one!

          I agree, good late one I would say a around 1944 one because of the very late War Iron Buttons and the savings of the small grommets (one instead of two in the middle and in the lower Edges)..
