Thought I had stumbled across the Holy Grail of water bottles,the type with the orange cup but alas it was a repro which the vendor was kind enough to inform me of that fact.It was quite cheap and had a nice 44 dated canteen under the cloth cover. I thought it would be a good referance for the future so I bought it. Will post a picture of the markings on the top of the cup. Regards David.
