Rear, short strap is taken from Tornister. This in not kind of strap supposed to be originally paired with Y straps.

Y straps

Yes, those number are OK. Though they appear during whole course of war it is more likely to find them on early/mid war straps. You will find them on tornister's straps, rusksack's straps, horse gear, etc.
