wehrmacht army blanket markings...what do they mean?

hi forum members. could anyone identify the stamp as shown on this typical early war wehrmacht issue blanket? it appears twice on the item. thanks in advance. (140cms by 220cms circa..nice heavy wool.)

one or two tiny holes, largest smaller than a 20c euro piece.

thanks dirk! i figure the icon with this stamped lettering is an anchor. and maybe navy blankets were thicker than normal heer, this one certainly is.
