It's a very nice original condition holster. IMO the 1936 and earlier (esp. 1935) 3rd Reich holsters are not easy to find in this good of condition.

The serial number stamped into the back is unusual on a army style holster of this date and later......more often seen on police holsters and army holsters of 34 and 35 and earlier....and usually hidden by the flap, but no hard and fast rule on that.
