Someone have more information about these Wehrmacht Halteleine for rubberboat.
"Halteleine"
"Zum anbinden bei Kentergefahr"
There was a sort of rope in it, for capsizing (is that the right word in English?)

Are these common?

I think these were glued into a yellow inflatable survival boat for more than one person.., unfortunately it's just a part of the boat.
