found this near a V1 instalation how knows wehr is is form

I have found this item in a forest where a V1 instalation was situated and several air defense cannons,

does someone know what this piece could be from?

My first guess would be an iron construction to hold something
round in its place, perhaps on a truck or in a depot?

might be a piece of a trolley where they placed the V1 on to move around. Typically they came from a nearby railroad onto trucks who brought them to the base. Which base was it?? I have a book where I can see wheter it was an active site or not and thus make certain it can be a piece of the V1 thing.
