Unique LW flatware ...

I got this today from a member of our german forum, the only thing that he could told me is that a friend of him found 3 or 4 of them some times ago, but all without the spoon! As you can see on the pics, there are rivets on both sides, so the spoon is definitely missing, the rest looks like new and unused! I have never seen that typ! Maybe a unfinished protype??? It is made of high quality, the grip of the fork is faint, the top is polished, same on the knife!

Now i want to hear your opinion please!

I like it , think I have seen one before with a luft eagle, but most of the time they are army ones,
