Is this a GM-30 gas mask?.

Just got this mask the other day and was told it is a 1930 model mask with a tropical filter. Not knowing much about gas masks, can anyone shed some light on it?. The filter has "CMP" on it.

I don't think it a german military gasmask, but maybe someone can shed a light on this one....

It's indeed like the poster above me mentioned a mask produced in Spain under license of Dräger Germany. Very little is known about it's use but since it was originally delivered in a German looking metal cannister it might be used for military too. It was made by the company DAGSA or by CMP. It's much more rare then a GM30 although not many people are interested in it because it's not really German. If you ever want to sell it then let me know.
