These should have an earlier marking/date , since the stitching is done underneath were the short and long strap joined together . Unless these were the first to be RBnr

Hello,
This is a nice pair of Mid war Y-straps...
External stitchings around the rivets did not appear before the end of 1943 or early in 1944. D-rings are also fitted at the angle found on Y-straps produced until late 43/early 44. As the RBNr was adopted late 1942, there was plenty of time to produce them before what members call "late war".
