This looks like the small bags that came with the large mountain trooper rucksack. Some of them came with colored tabs (red, yellow, blue) on 1 corner to reference what was in them.

Because this bag is curved,my first thought was for something like ski tips protectors or spare ski tips-i do not know exactly.Someone from GJ department could know..
