too big pictures and they load REALLY slow..
anyway - straps seem to be a cut-off MG lafette straps !!! not regular backpack straps

now that is a question without answers, after 60 plus years - NO ONE can tell that for SURE... IMHo - rather post war civilian upgrade

Not original straps as per the norm, IMHO some sort of post-war / civilian "upgrade".

The strap has been exchanged with a butchered strap for a MG tripod. The Lafette strap is original WW2, but impossible to say when this modification was done.
