Just wanted to share a set of pictures I recently aquired. They show the use of the so called Gasspürfähnchen or Gas Flags.
Nice to see the light gas clothing used here as well....
First of all, I'm sorry about the copyright notices.....
I know a lot of people think these are used for Mines but I still have my doubts about that. Still haven't seen convincing pictures where these are use to indicate minefields or mines.
Also I'll show the bags and flags from my collection... I stil am missing the yellow ribbon so....
Help if anybody got some spare or wishes to sell some, I would be eternally gratefull
